Jesus passed on to His church the ministry of reaching the world with the message of  salvation. This course teaches that the Great Commission given by Christ is the church’s authority to act for God. Christ did not leave the church to carry on the work alone; rather, He sent the Holy Spirit to work in and through every believer to fulfill God’s redemptive plan.
